Low-hanging fruit

The fastest cash we can generate is the audit we already know how to deliver. No website to build, no waiting on search rankings. Jared sells it to businesses he already has access to, and money comes in the same month.

The product: the Revenue Expansion Audit.

We find where money is leaking or sitting on the table: missed calls, quotes nobody followed up, customers who bought once and never heard from the store again. Then the owner gets a short roadmap: the top three moves, what each is worth, and how it works.

Best fit: a local owner-run business at $1M to $10M a year, with real foot or phone traffic and nobody whose job is follow-up. Furniture, appliances, HVAC, flooring, dental, auto, home services.

Who does what

Nine steps. Two owners.

Jared carries the part that makes the money: getting a stranger to say yes. A closer is the scarce piece. I can build the audit all day. I can't sell it.

Paid up front, before the interview starts. Price by the size of the business. Don't discount to close. Offer a smaller scope before you drop the price.

These numbers can go up

The range is for the audit, and $1,500 is the top for the audit itself. If Jared can sell an owner on a bigger ROI, there are two ways to charge more: price the audit at the top because the findings are worth far more to that business, or sell a separate module on top of it.

That module is the AI Readiness Assessment, a different product with its own price. See the concept below.

A $4M furniture and appliance store

Illustrative numbers to show the shape of the return. The real audit replaces them with the store's own figures. Assumes about 35% blended gross margin and a $1,500 audit.

You do $4 million a year. If we find even 2.5% more sitting in missed calls and quotes nobody followed up on, that's about $35,000 in profit a year. The audit is $1,500. Worth ninety minutes to find out?The line for the sales call

Even if only a third of it shows up, it's still about 8× the fee. Never promise the number. Promise that we'll find where it is and show them the plan.

The AI Readiness Assessment

Condensed from the FusionLoop aiready site. The audit finds where revenue is leaking. The assessment sits down with the owner and their people and decides where AI goes first.

The session

A 90-minute working session led by Josh. Either a general, surface-level look across the business, or a deep dive into one area: client acquisition, onboarding, delivery, customer service, customer expansion, internal operations, content creation, or whatever the owner needs.

What they leave with

A map of their opportunities placed by impact and effort, and a roadmap of the top five things to do, picked together with Josh. Education on the latest AI tools runs through the session.
Example: base $1,500, two more people interviewed ($1,000), one extra category ($500), three processes mapped ($600).$3,600

Who does what (proposal): Jared sells and closes it, usually as the next step after the audit or as a bigger first deal for an owner who wants more. Josh runs the session and builds the roadmap. Pricing is a starting point taken from the aiready site.
