The deal in short

Jared closes. We both deliver.

Jared closes the deals. Both of us deliver, and every project gets its own analysis of the work and a scope statement that divides it between us. Every idea below is its own page: open it, read it, tell me what you think.

How every project runs

Analyze first. Then split the scope.

Jared closes, but we both deliver. So before any project starts, it gets two things: an analysis of the work, and a scope statement that divides that work between us. Same routine for every idea below.

Analyze the workWhat the client needs, what it takes, what could go wrong
Break it into piecesSmall enough that one person clearly owns each
Mark each piece Jared or Josh, so each piece has a clear owner
Estimate itHours and dates for each piece, and where one hands off to the other
Both approveNothing starts until we both say yes to the statement

The analysis of work

A short write-up per project. What was sold, what the client expects to get, the steps to deliver it, how long each takes, and the risks. Written once the deal closes, before anyone starts.

The split scope statement

One page per project. Every piece of work listed, each marked Jared or Josh, with hours, dates and handoffs. It is how we both know who is doing what, and it can be adjusted as the project moves.
